Hello,

Thanks again for booking tickets for Bus Regulation: The Musical this Sunday 24 April at the CCA.

The event has been getting some great press coverage in The National, Glasgow Times and GoRadio.

We are completely sold out and have a large waiting list.

If you (or anyone else in your party) are no longer able to attend, it is vital that you get in touch ASAP to cancel your tickets. I can then allocate them to others who are keen to come along.

Plans for the day:

No latecomers will be admitted. We ask that you arrive at the CCA at least 15mins before the scheduled start time, so you can be shown to your seats. Any vacant seats can then be reallocated to people on the waiting list.

The CCA building is being opened specially for our performances on Sunday. This means that the Saramago cafebar will not be open. We're sorry about that, but wanted to let you know in advance in case you were planning to get lunch beforehand. We will have a Get Glasgow Moving stall in the foyer where you can find out more about our local public transport campaign and sign up to become a member.

Covid safety precautions:

Although the law has now changed, we recommend that still you wear masks when inside the CCA building and theatre space. The performers will not be wearing masks, but we would be grateful if you could to keep other audience members safe.

I also wanted to remind you that we will be filming and photographing the event. Whilst the audience will not be the main focus of the film/photographs, by attending you are consenting to appear in documentation. If you would prefer not to please also cancel your ticket.

I will send another couple more reminders later in the week.

Thanks again and I forward to seeing you on 24 April!

Best wishes,

Ellie
